Our Bartender service from Sip & Stir brings professional bartenders to your event, from weddings to baby showers and everything in between. We offer onsite services to ensure your guests are treated to the finest drinks and hospitality. Our expert bartenders are ready to craft delicious cocktails and create a memorable experience for your event. Fresh garnishes are always provided to add that extra touch of elegance to your beverages.

PLEASE READ: You will learn paddleboard basics before paddling out onto the river then be led through a relaxing, yet core engaging flow. Class will end with a floating meditation and Savasana alongside a gorgeous sunset, one for the books! ALL LEVELS WELCOME! Whether you have never tried SUP before or are an expert, join us for this incredible way to enjoy RVA and our beloved James River. Child's pose is always welcome throughout class; you are free to do as little or try out as much as you'd like on the board.Beginners and advanced yogis alike - this is a wonderful way for any level to ignite your practice as we break down poses and focus on our foundation to balance on the board. You’ll practice core engagement and develop a heightened awareness of the muscles at work. We always encourage playtime as well for you to practice all your favorite asanas!PRICE: $30/person Includes all equipment including board and 1hr 45min of SUP & Yoga enjoyment. WHAT TO WEAR: Wear what you feel comfortable in: bathing suit and/or athletic shorts/leggings - anything goes! Shoes are optional but we encourage bare feet. If you don't want to get wet, you don't have to! The boards are extremely stable and you don't have to try anything crazy, completely up to you! WHAT TO BRING: Water, cash and/or card if you can't pay via Venmo (@Liz_Bowden). We also take Apple Pay.Waterfront will provide everything else: the Boards, lifejackets, paddles, and safety! You are more than welcome to bring your phone or a camera —We recommend a waterproof case or pouch.
