To prevent injuries, it is important to start each class with a warm up and conditioning and end with a cool down. During the beginning classes you may learn: 360 or pirouette spin, Half Spin, Basic Spin, Cross Ankle Spin, Martini Spin, Firema Spin, Front Hook, Reverse Hook, Heel Attitude , Cradle , Chair, Fan Kick, Ballerina, Diamond, Static Hold, Helicopter Make sure you do not wear any jewelry, oils or lotions on your skin. You will learn how to combine different spins and swings using the floor and the pole.

The workout is done on a mat with no other equipment required. The format of this workout consists of a warm up, building a rock solid core, stability, mobility, cardio and flexibility. Who can do POP Pilates?This workout is for everyone. Easy and hard options are provided during the whole class for beginners and/or pre/post natal mummies to fitness lovers who are up for a different but fun kind of workout.

Osteopathie ist eine ganzheitliche Behandlungsmethode, mit der man versucht, die natürlichen Mechanismen im Körper zu aktivieren damit Heilung passiert. Osteopathinen behandeln den ganzen Menschen und keine einzelnen Symptome! Nach dem ersten Gespräch (Anamnese) findet eine genaue Inspektion und Befundung statt. Je nach Erforderlichkeit wird ein ganzheitliches Behandlungskonzept mit osteopathischen Techniken der parietalen, viszeralen sowie cranialen Osteopathie angewendet. Zu einem Behandlungszyklus gehören zusätzlich auf Wunsch ein Sporttherapieplan, eine Ernährungsberatung sowie die Anwendung naturheilkundlicher Mittel. Erfahrungsgemäß sollten Sie mit mindestens 3 max. 6 Behandlungsterminen rechnen. 

Nach einer gründlichen Untersuchung und Befundung wird ein individueller Trainingsplan ausgearbeitet. Hier beginnt die Sporttherapie. Mit zielgerichteten Übungen hilfst du deinem Körper Gesundheit zu finden und beschwerdefrei zu werden. Für die Therapie werden zunächst 5 Einzelstunden angesetzt, wöchentlich 1 mal. Parallel übst du ein bis zwei mal pro Woche zu Hause oder in der Gruppe. Nach dieser Zeit sollte eine deutliche Verbesserung zu spüren sein. Die Übungen werden kontinuierlich dem Ergebnis entsprechend angepasst und erweitert. 

In diesem ganzheitlichen Workout gibt es ein Warm-Up zu motivierender Musik. Danach Pilatesübungen und osteopathisches Faszientraining.
