Das warme, nährende Kräuteröl wird zunächst von Kopf bis Fuss auf die Haut aufgetragen und mit rhythmischen Streichungen verteilt. Muskelverspannungen und Verklebungen im Gewebe können durch die wohltuenden Massagegriffe optimal gelöst werden.Schlackenstoffe und Gifte, die im Körper festsitzen lösen sich und die tiefe reinigend Wirkung kann einsetzen. Mit Shiatsu kann der natürliche Energiefluss des Menschen angeregt, unterstützt und reguliert werden. Bei der Shiatsu-Massage, werden verschiedene Akupressur-Punkte für einen längeren Zeitraum gehalten oder auf verschiedene Weise durch die / den Shiatsu-Praktiker/in gedrückt, Energiebahnen gedehnt und stimuliert. Durch die gezielten Grifftechniken der ganzheitlichen Shiatsu-Massage wird der Informationsfluss in den Energiebahnen wieder in ein harmonisches Gleichgewicht gebracht. Verschiedenste Krankheitsbilder können so begleitend behandelt werden. Wichtige Infos für deinen ersten Termin: Beim ersten Termin wird eine Anamnese durchgeführt. Für die Shiatsu Behandlung trage bitte gemütliche Kleidung. Am besten geeignet ist eine leichte, weite Hose oder Baumwollleggings und ein bequemes Kurz- oder Langarmshirt.
