BioDynamic Breathwork Trauma Release System® (BBTRS) integrates deep connected breathing with conscious touch, movement, emotional release, and meditation. Most of us have experienced emotional or physical trauma on some level, which can restrict our breathing and capacity to feel. The resulting body armoring and muscular tension can endure for years. BBTRS’ integrative sessions support you to consciously release trauma and live with greater aliveness, freedom and connection to self and others. Cost is a sliding scale $90-120 NZ per 75 minute session (account details for payment given after time of booking). It is beneficial and preferred to work through a 3-5 session series. Series package options: 3 sessions $240 - $360. 5 sessions $480 -$600.

As a multi-lingual leadership consultant, facilitator and coach, Fiona has over 20 years of international experience in designing and delivering learning and development solutions. ​ Fiona moved to Barcelona in 2008, where she worked locally and internationally as a freelancer trainer and coach for 13 years. Fiona draws on her strong cross-communication and interpersonal skills to quickly develop rapport with people and design and facilitate. Leadership programmes in French and Spanish. She increases clients’ self-awareness and brings energy and interaction to her learning events, creating an open environment in which to explore attitudes and facilitate behavioural change. Fiona is an accredited coach by the International Coaching Federation, certified in DISC Psychometric assessment and has a Master in Clinical Psychotherapy practice.
