Coach Wharton will walk you through YOUR data, tell you what's important, how to program for a peak, where to optimize, and how to get that information on your Garmin head unit. 

Feel free to arrive early to stretch and begin warming up. Shared lessons are allowed for additional charge. Stunt lessons are $50; $40 for 7th grade & under (plus gym fee).
