Your first session will include an initial assessment and goal orientated discussion, and subsequent sessions will be structured workouts with one-on-one instruction. Your workout plan will be closely monitored by Jolie to make sure you are making progress toward your goals.  $55 per 0-60 min session $70 per 61-90 min session

Jolie will write a 4 week workout plan and send it to you to complete on your own. All custom workout plans include a 30 minute initial assessment so that Jolie can meet with you to discuss your goals and tailor your plan to help you reach them. Plans also include weekly progress check-ins. $125.00

One-on-one with Coach John. Coach uses the latest tools and technology to improve performance in a measured environment.

This is a 45-60min evaluation where Coach Chris will run through basic drills with the player (some tee work, soft toss, and maybe live pitching, as well as fielding and throwing). This is so Coach Chris can get a baseline, and discussions with Coach Chris and the parent(s) and players for their goals. Some instruction given during the evaluation, but primarily this will be to develop a training program for your athlete.

One on one lesson with Coach Chris, individualized lesson plans created by Coach Chris based on the evaluation and the goals discussed.

This is great for younger players, or for older players who only want to focus on one area (hitting, fielding, pitching, etc.)
