New members looking to start using the park will need to complete this initial intro session.Someone will meet you at the park in order for you to be familiarized with the rules and procedures of the park.  You will also be given a few tips to make the most out of your time at geniUS Dog Park. All dogs will assessed to confirm their suitability for the space (done at the Intro). If you have any concerns, please chat to us before bringing your dog so that we can find the best way to accommodate you. This also includes your first month membership FREE OF CHARGE!The Intro Session is per family, not per dog. All your dogs can join for the session! You will need to provide proof of vaccination before the booking. You will be contacted before the booking with additional information. Once completed, clients will have access to the booking website and all future sessions can be booked online.

A private appointment at our fenced-off park with our qualified trainer to address any training or behavior concerns that you may be experiencing with your dogs. This may include park etiquette and behavior, reactivity, loose-leash walking, recall, as well as games, tricks and fun. The key elements will be helping you to understand your dog's communication strategies and needs as well as to strengthen your relationship with your dog. All training is force-free. You do not need to have completed an Intro Session to attend the training, as this can be incorporated into your training session.We cannot accommodate dogs who are aggressive towards humans at our training. If you have concerns, please be clear and upfront about this and we will do our best to accommodate you.

This is our 9 hour daycare service.  The booking system shows our daily availability and is updated as soon as bookings are made or where bookings become available. If your dog has any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance of your booking so that we can cater for them.  We do ask to see your dog’s vaccination and kennel cough records before accepting your dogs into our daycare.  During the first daycare booking with us we carry out an assessment throughout the day to ensure your dog is suited to a daycare environment and to also ensure that they are comfortable and relaxed with our existing daycare pack.  We do not accept dogs that are aggressive or reactive around other dogs into our daycare. In these circumstances we would refer you to our own professional dog behaviour consultation & training services in the first instance so that we can help solve your dog’s behaviour.  We operate from 7am to 7pm seven days a week, making us the most accessible and flexible dog care services business in the region. We also offer a free collection and drop off service for local customers within Stafford, for customers elsewhere we offer the same service for a small additional fee dependent on mileage.  One of the things that makes us unique as a daycare provider is that not only do we have a dedicated daycare centre but we take your dogs out for the day. We take your dogs to national trust locations, parklands, woodlands, places of interest for their day out with us. Agility Area - 50 minutes Private Hire. £10.00 for 1-4 dogs.Our first play area as you enter the park, a wide, flat grass area with the best access.Over winter the equipment is not a full course, but does include a dog walk (First Contact Aluminium), plenty of jumps and weaves (Stick in ground, so suitable for all training mehtods).This play area has more purpose than just agility, it is most suited for disabled access and is a great space for your dog to play, sniff and zoom, this area is suited to ALL sizes and all ages. However, if you are booking this play area to use the agility equipment please note that no dogs under 1 year should be using jumps as this is not beneficial for their physical development - please place the poles on the floor for young dogs. For safety reasons; big children (grown ups) and little children are not permitted on the dog obstacles.Each play area has a shelter to help stay dry on rainy days. Medium/Large Dog Play Area - 50 minutes Private Hire. £10.00 for 1-4 dogs. Our top right play area in the park, set on a slight incline (with great views), best suited for very reactive dogs as the area is the most isolated from the others. Due to the incline this area is great for dogs who like a bit more of a challenge when zooming and playing, although it is not recommended for sighthounds or dogs with mobility issues.This play area contains equipment and play obstacles best suited to medium/large breeds. With tables for chilling, tunnels for sniffing and exploring, a dog walk for those who like a challenge plus some jumps and other features. Each play area has a shelter to help stay dry on rainy days. Bench seating, fresh drinking water, poop bags, waste bins are all provided. A selection of in-house dog toys are available for your pooch to use, please just ask a member of staff.
