We perform a refraction and a general ocular health exam.

Au cours de ces rdv, je valide avec vous les observations correctes et je vous apprends à interpréter ces données. Il est conseillé de faire au moins 3 rdv, idéalement 6, un rdv pour chaque cycle, afin d'être suffisamment à l'aise pour se débrouiller seule. Je laisse la personne décider du nombre de rdv qu'elle a besoin pour se sentir pleinement à l'aise dans sa pratique de la symptothermie.

Initiation à la symptothermie, mieux comprendre comment fonctionne le cycle menstruel et repartir avec les premières notions pour pratiquer chez soi !
