The Server Training Program is designed to assist serving staff step-by-step procedures to create a welcoming and inviting environment to better the guest’s dining experience. This program is a 2 hour interactive course. Week 1-3 will consist of weekly check ups with management.  

The Marketing Strategy Program is formulated with a variety of marketing techniques to impact and increase positive guest relations as a result of increase sales and guest loyalty.

If also if you wish to experience a bit more I offer enjoy the "Extra Grand Tour of Montréal", this is like the Grand Tour and add an extra 2 hours. On top of everything described for the "Grand Tour of Montréal", we go to one of our outdoor food market and drive in more local areas of the city like the Mile End and Little Italy. Along the way, we stop for lunch at the most famous restaurant in Montréal, Dunn's Famous Smoked meat.
