Lesley started in private practice at Central Wollongong Physio in 1989 with an special interest in chronic pain. (Lesley had previously been studying Psychology in Canada) She worked at Port Kembla Hospital Physiotherapy Dept. mainly in orthopaedics ( inpatient and outpatient) and rehabilitation.Lesley became interested in an holistic view of pain management and the NSW government allowed Lesley to undertake training in Hypnosis to use for pain relief.Since then Lesley has undertaken much post graduate training including Acupuncture in 1998. She is also a Clinical Nutritionist (UNE 2003) and Clinical Hypnotherapist (Melbourne 2013) Lesley treats acute anc chronic problems such as backs, necks, knees etc., however some people have pains that standard treatments just scratch the surface of. The connection between the mind and body is fascinating.  For example, depressions or grief may reignite old, long forgotten pains. We may address multiple areas of pain with acupuncture or in some cases hypnosis. The Teal Flame Healing Centre is a place for holistic healing and has other like minded practitioners and classes.
