My journey of teaching and training others started early so it gives me 9 years experience in many organizations such as the Army, FitnessFirst, Primalgym and outdoor privates and classes. My expertise are in cardio, circuit training and boxing. Your goal is my responsibility, book your class and achieve results.

This price is per session, NOT per person, bring a group of friends or practice solo, your choice.
