Single 45 minute fastpitch batting lesson.

Weekly Batting Lessons service provides 45-minute fastpitch softball batting lessons on a weekly basis for 24 weeks (6 months).  The fee is per session.

You can reschedule or cancel lessons as needed through my booking system at no additional charge.

The Priory Batting Cages are open 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, & 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Sunday, April 1, to October 31.  Use of the cages is first come, first serve, however, River Forest Youth Baseball do have priority use of the cages through use of a Park District reservation system.

Cricket coaching for ages 5-21 - payment of balance directly to coach

Coaching for FS1, "FS1+" (group jumping signoff) or further progression.

Price shown is for coaching, you will also need to cover any jump tickets for yourself and your coach. Jumping will be at your preferred pace, and in the event of bad weather or other operational reasons preventing us from jumping, we will spend time on the ground covering theory topics.

Whether you're just trying out together as a new team, looking to step up a category, learn some new exits, or just improve your skills, we've got you covered. If you book with Cara, she can also film your jumps (jump tickets paid in addition to coaching fees).

Tailored canopy coaching based on your goals. Whether you're looking to learn new skills, improve your theoretical understanding of canopy flight, or just get some feedback on your pattern and landings to help you build confidence, we will work together to help you achieve your goals.

Price covers coaching, any jump tickets will need to be paid directly to the DZ.

The beginner rock climbing class is a great introduction to outdoor climbing. Let the fun begin and learn basic skills while you discover rock climb outdoors with certified mountain guides. You will learn how to tie-in to a rope, how to belay a climber and tips on easy climbing techniques to move across a rock formation. Duration: 4 hours
