We welcome you to visit our alpaca family ranch to walk, feed, pet and take pictures with our alpacas. We offer self guided tours with a host who can help with a portrait or two. Alpaca Tours are one hour and 1 1/2 if we can accommodate.  Must be booked ahead of time or message for walk-in times.

Book an appointment with a custom fit consultant in our central London Store. Here you’ll discuss your requirements, try on existing Rufstok gear for size and be measured for the garment of your choosing.A deposit of £50 is taken at time of booking. This include your second Fitting appointment and will be deducted from your garment purchase price. 

Attend a Fitting where a canvas sample garment will be have been constructed. This appointment will to allow our tailor to assess the fit and make any necessary fine adjustments.Please note: you should have attended a consultation before booking this service.
