A septum piercing is just what it sounds like—a piercing that's located at your septum. Your septum is a thin wall of cartilage that runs down the center of your nose, separating your right and left nostrils. A septum piercing, however, shouldn't penetrate the cartilage. It should go through the softer space of tissue "the sweet spot"  just below the septum.

Le piercing Nostril, correspondant au piercing à la narine, est l'un des piercings les plus courants. Le processus de perçage peut ne pas être très agréable et entraîner souvent une petite larme du côté où il a été réalisé. Cependant, la douleur disparaît très rapidement, généralement en moins de 5 minutes. La cicatrisation dure en moyenne entre 2 et 4 mois. Il est crucial d'être très prudent pendant cette période pour éviter d'accrocher le piercing, que ce soit en se déshabillant, en se lavant le visage ou en s’essuyant après la douche. En effet, pendant la cicatrisation, le piercing peut se reboucher en seulement 30 minutes. Si vous perdez votre piercing ou si vous avez du mal à le remettre, vous pouvez utiliser une petite boucle d'oreille droite temporairement pour éviter qu’il ne se rebouche en attendant de vous rendre au shop pour le remettre. Le premier bijou est généralement un petit strass, tel que présenté sur la première photo. Nous n'utilisons pas d'anneau comme premier bijou car la cicatrisation peut être plus difficile avec ce type de bijou. Cependant, si vous souhaitez porter un anneau après la cicatrisation, nous en tenons compte lors du perçage en choisissant un emplacement compatible avec la taille d'anneau que vous désirez porter par la suite. Ce piercing peut véritablement s'adapter à toutes les morphologies de nez et à tous les styles. Ce n'est pas étonnant qu'il soit l'un des piercings les plus demandés !
