Our full body sequence. Gentle warm-ups leading to deeper stretches and inversions. Longer period of relaxation at the end of the class. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Slower paced class with more detailed instruction. Ideal for those who like a slower class or who would like extra assistance when learning a new skill. We start with a swing low and build up to more complex postures. You will be in a class full of people of similar ability and experience. Also, I good class for trainee/new Aerial Yoga teachers to attend and learn how to teach beginners.

Ideal for friend who are looking for an interesting weekend experience. an excellent choice for athletic types, who don't particularly like Yoga, but do enjoy being challenged. Also great for those who enjoy the more dynamic, creative, suspended features of Aerial Yoga.

We are super excited to be working in partnership with Gillie Sutherland from Flow Yoga Devon to offer 'SUP Experience Yoga'. Gillie with begin your experience with a warm up on land before heading out on the water for a gentle paddle along the beautiful River Teign where we will anchor up for an hour of SUP Yoga as the sun begins to set over Dartmoor beyond. We will then paddle back to base where we will enjoy hot drinks and homemade treats. This 2 hour experience is suitable for all yoga/SUP levels, including beginners. All instruction, SUP equipment, wetsuits, changing facilities and refreshments are provided.CONDITIONS & LOCATION: The River Teign is the perfect place to learn to SUP.  We will only venture out on the water if the weather and conditions are ideal, with your safety in mind and in order for you to have the best possible experience. You will be contacted the day before to confirm your adventure once we have assessed the weather forecast and conditions. Meeting point: Teign Corinthian Yacht Club (located opposite Coombe Cellars Pub), Combeinteignhead, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 4RT. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: You must be able to swim 50 meters. Under 18’s need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. NOTES: A minimum of 3 persons required for a group session to run. Hatha vinyasa øvede med yogalærer Aviaaja Dette hold er en blanding af Hatha Yoga og Vinyasa Yoga. Det indebærer, at der arbejdes med dybe og intense stræk, der holdes i en lidt længere periode kombineret med mere flydende bevægelser, hvor stillingerne kommer i en et rytmisk flow uden pauser. Med afsæt i den velkendte solhilsen, vil vi udforske mange af de klassiske stillinger og prøve kræfter med et par af de mere udfordrende. Der vil hver gang være en ny flow-serie med forskelligt tema efterfulgt af en mere hatha-inspireret sekvens, hvor vi får mulighed for at komme dybere ind i stillingerne. Timen afsluttes selvfølgelig altid med afslapning.
