For patients looking to enhance their health through the practice of yoga. Perhaps you struggle with certain asana postures or have a difficult time getting your needs met in typical studio classes. Each visit will include time to check in regarding your physical and emotional wellbeing and individual goals for the session. Thereafter, Dr. Cushing will lead you through a personalized yoga practice with attention to modifications for your unique anatomy. 

Many simple medical issues can be addressed through telemedicine allowing easier access to your physician without the need to make time to get to the office in person. 

Examples of visits that can be handled via telemedicine are UTIs, respiratory and sinus infections, brief check-ins for management of chronic conditions, emergency contraception, prescription refills, and much more! 

** Please note: Due to state regulations and limitations set on the practice of telemedicine, we are unable to prescribe ANY controlled substances via telemedicine. This includes stimulants, opiate pain medications, benzodiazepines, and many sleep aids.**

This is an opportunity to get to know you, review your health history, and identify any current needs. Each patient is unique, but plan for at least 1 hour as these visits tend to be very thorough.
