Disappointed !

When I took my car after maintenance,I noticed that driver’s side door handle got hit and the paint was peeling. Service advisor emphasised not their fault. I was shocked and angry at this response,since the car was checked and confirmed in good condition before. Although the damage is not heavy, but I don’t like this kind of attitude. What’s more, this is a only 3 months new car and I always drive with extreme care. When I saw this scar, my heart was broken. I’m disappointed at Audi Service!

Disappointed

I am very unsatisfactory their attitudes at Macao Audi Service, they are not professional and didn’t study my profile before serving me. They never what did I do in previous maintenance. The sale representatives turn over is very serious, their cantonese speaking is not accurate, hard to listen. Over 3xxx for oil change only without inspection other parts of my car.
