R&R were quite efficient with their service the jammed door just needed WD40 and nothing else and it took them 10 minutes. However what they were not clear upfront about were their call out charge which was disappointing. I thought they would have sent a note in an email given they had asked me to send them a photo in an email before they would take the job. From memory I could not see the call out charge on their website. I wished I had asked upfront myself however they could have been clearer with customers.

On time and Professional. Reconfirmed the appoinent the night before. Competitively priced and high quality. Respectful of the house and courteous. Tidied after the job and requested that I checked the work. All very good, would recommend.
