Kelly Carlson
Kelly is the owner of Burn and Bloom Ayurveda and Beyond. She has been teaching yoga full time since 2010 and offering authentic Ayurvedic Treatments for the past 3 years in Invermere and now in Fernie,BC. She is currently enrolled in the Ayurvedic Medical Practitioner program at the California College of Ayurveda and will soon be offering Ayurvedic Health Counseling guided under the mentorship of the teachers at the college.

An Ayurvedic Consultation is an indepth exploration of your health from the Ayurvedic Lens and Consists of 2 appointments - The Initial Appointment and Report of Findings.
The Initial Appointment (IIC) is the first stage and is a full interview (2 Hrs) that involves a structural examination (including tongue and pulse diagnosis), functional history, history of chief complaint (if there is any), past medical history and diet/lifestyle history. The quality of information acquired allows a proper Ayurvedic diagnosis. Appointment can be made via ZOOM or IN PERSON.
After booking this appointment you will receive the consultation forms via email within 12 hours. These forms must be filled out and returned before taking the appointment!

The second appointment for Consultation is the Report of Finding (ROF). We will go over your results and educate you on your bigger picture for health from the Ayurvedic lens. Initial recommendations will be given to help with any current imbalances.
