Intro to Deep Tissue Massage ♡
Can be done solo or in a group of 2.
In 2-3 hours you can learn the fundamentals of Holistic Deep Tissue massage. We go over superficial Anatomy groups , grounding practices and alignment for therapists, opening + closing techniques + deep tissue techniques for treating any muscular tensions. In 2 hours you will have a basis to practice either an upper or lower body massage and can continue more at a later date. Introduction to some energetic practices like Reiki can also be done.
Better in a group of 2 so techniques can be seen well and practiced on eachother.
