Dissapointed
If I could give zero stars I would. I booked an apt online to help with my new build selection. I received an email confirmation saying “We can’t wait to meet you, to share our expertise and inspire you!” Given that this was the ONLY time I could go this week I was excited to have scored myself an apt! I was greeted coldly by a man who asked why I was in the showroom. I explained I had an apt and he looked at me completely dumbfounded. I showed him a confirmation email I received explaining I had an apt to choose my entire new build selection. Again, he couldn’t understand what I was on about. He started asking questions such as “How did I make the apt. Who did I speak to. How did I book it online?” Obviously he was a new team member but surely anyone would have done their research when starting a new job? He then left me in the showroom only to return and suggest I go to Cannington instead because there was no one at the Belmont store to help me today. I am so angry that I wasted my afternoon to drive all the way there, only to be turned around again. The most dissapointing part, I recieved an email that afternoon: “Did you find the advice and inspiration you were seeking? We’d love to know about your experience….” Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
