    Face To Face Interview

    The interview was very easy to book online and the person interviewing was very welcoming and made full effort to put me to ease while interviewing me. But the communication and Feedback since the interview has been very poor, After nearly 2 months I still don't know if I have been successful with the position I applied for, This part of the process has left me very frustrated and a little disappointed.

    Telephone Interview

    Everything went very smoothly from booking to the interview. The questions were easy to follow and covered a lot of areas, interviews were friendly and easy to talk to, even though my nerves were going crazy. I had a little trouble with the clarity of the call but that can be expected with a conference call. Thank you BHP for this opportunity and your time.

    The questions were direct and easy to reply to. I didn't need the reminder email but it was great to know the interview was going to start soon .Thanks for this exciting experience BHP

    Telephone interview

    The email booking process was simple and easy. It was also easy to reschedule the interview to one day and time. During the interview it was difficult to understand some questions which may have occurred be due to breakages in the line. A few times I had to request the lady interviewer to repeat some questions and even after she repeated those questions, I had no choice but to assume and answer. The interviewer also specified the type of questions she was going to ask as explained in the email. I would like to thank the resourcing team at BHP for this interview.

    Telephone Interview

    The system to book the interview was intuitive and easy to use, offering numerous timeslots to choose from. However the interview itself was problematic with the audio quality, with the call even disconnecting at one point. My interviewer was helpful and understanding when I had to ask her to repeat her questions/statements due to the audio quality issue.

    Telephone Interview

    The booking process was quick and easy to follow. The phone call was received on time. Unfortunately it was difficult to understand a lot of the question and I had to keep asking the lady to repeat herself. She was very nice and did not have an issue with this but from my point of view it was very frustrating and I ended up responding to what I thought the question .was I don't know if it was the line or the fact that the lady was using hands free and she kept moving around. Given the questions asked I feel a more accurate ans detailed response could have been achieved by responding in writing and only using phone calls for questions that don't require a lot of detail or explanation. Overall I feel I could have done a lot better if the hardware had been up to scratch.
