I don't know what changes you made starting in January, but I can no longer book from my phone, I am now being asked each time to sign in with a password (which I never had to do before), It then doesn't like the password I created and keeps wanting me to identify as a new client. It has become a royal pain. Zero stars from me now. It was a 5 before this
