Online Transformational Breath - 1st session
If you have not tried Transformational Breath before you must book a free 30 min consultation first to make sure a full session will be suitable for you.
If you have had a consultation and are ready to book your first session this is the booking for you!
You should allow 2 hours for the appointment and it will include all instructions, a full breath session and recommendations for home exercises based on your individual breathing pattern.

* Please note that a discretionary charge of between £5-£10 will be incurred for bookings to take place at your own premises (payable on the day).
