She’s a scam

I paid her $750 for a CPN apartment package and $65 for the housing application. She told me to send her the link to the house I wanted to apply for and she would apply for me. She called and told me I was approved and to send her a little over $3000 for pro rated rent and deposit. I told her I needed to see proof and to forward the email to me. She made an fraudulent approval letter from the company and sent me a screenshot. I called to the housing company and they stated they didn’t have an application for me and there was no approvals. I contacted her back and she told me she would send me proof she applied and I never heard from her again. By the way I never received the CPN or other documents that came with the package. She had me send her a copy of my ID and for what I do not know because she never applied. I have proof. A lesson was learned. However I wanted to warn anyone else before they spent their hard earned money!
