Let us bring the doctor to you! Need your OMMA medical card or renewal? Book your online appointment today! If you are a patient needing a renewal we will need your OMMA password. And, for a new application you will need to verify your email to start the process. As soon as you see the request, just verify and we will do the rest and let you know your password. At the time of your appointment, in the comfort of your home you will be called by the assistant to connect you with the doctor for your recommendation. Once you have spoken to the doctor you will get a text message to let you know to sign into your OMMA account applications and pay your state fee. It just that simply! At time of your appointment the assistant with call you to speak with the doctor. Once you have spoken to the doctor, we will send you a confirmation and a copy of your recommendation.
You will pay your state fee 104.50 or 22.50 you have Medicare/Medicaid/Soonercare or 100%Diabled Veteran
