Jo
Jo Jimenez, master’s in Psychosocial Intervention and a minor in Health Psychology. Her areas of specialties are in trauma, anxiety, grief, stress management, anger, and self-care. She’s also interested in working with migrants; understanding the difficulties that may come with the sociocultural and psychological adaptation while living in a new context. She works with an integrative psychological treatment called Eyes Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. EMDR therapy focuses on the past experiences that are still affecting the present; and incorporates new abilities, perspectives, and resources needed to build a better and healthy future.

Nazmina is a trauma-informed therapist, clinical and health psychologist, postgraduate in international public health and expert on mental health in situations of war and natural disaster. Having worked for Doctors of the World and Doctors without Borders, she's supported people across the globe in places such as Bosnia-Herzegovina, Guinea Bissau, México, Middle East countries and South Sudan. She regularly delivers workshops and conferences on trauma, resilience, grieving, stress management, gender and human rights. Nazmina works on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:00-13:00 and 15:30-16:30 CET.
