Great Massage
My body was stiff, sore and uncomfortable after months of gym work and long walks. After struggling to sleep last night I took a chance and booked a deep tissue massage at Chiang Mai for first thing this morning. My masseuse Nikki was outstanding. She kept the massage on the right side of too painful. Every time my body tensed in discomfort she eased the pressure. It was great to be able to walk up the stairs on my way out without pain and stiffness. I have no excuse to not to keep putting in the effort at the gym now.
