I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the consultation I received on personal income tax return. Nicolas spent time going over my specific tax situation, answered all my questions in detail. During the consultation he clarified all my questions that I couldn’t find answers for researching the topic on my own spending hours online. I will definitely choose Nicolas to prepare my tax return next year as I think he is a professional, who has deep knowledge on tax laws, goes above and beyond to provide recommendations to situations specific to each client to help lower personal income taxes while abiding by all existing laws. In addition, I also appreciated the ease of scheduling a face-to-face consultation. This option is rarely provided by small companies so it’s a big plus and is very convenient. You are able to view all available slots for a consultation for current and upcoming weeks. It’s extremely easy to reschedule or cancel the appointment if needed. I was able to easily change the appointment time last minute to accommodate the change in my schedule, all without even having to pick up a phone. So all in all, a very positive experience starting from scheduling an appointment to receiving a professional consultation that clarified my tax questions. Thank you!

Great experience!

This was our first time working with Nick. It was a pleasure getting a chance to go through the tax return process with him. He was professional yet had a great sense of humor and he really made the entire experience as seamless as possible. He also responded promptly to emails and answered all of our questions both via email and in person. We will definitely use Nick again in the future.
