公司資訊
Evolved Mind Body offers two complementary approaches to wellbeing: Kinesiology and Mind-Body & Nervous System services.Kinesiology uses gentle muscle monitoring to explore physical, emotional and energetic stress patterns and guide a personalised session using techniques such as acupressure, movement and breathwork.Mind-Body & Nervous System services take a somatic approach to supporting nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing and greater body awareness. Sessions focus on helping you understand your stress responses, reconnect with your body and develop practical tools to support greater balance and resilience. Both services are personalised to you and provide a supportive space to slow down, reconnect and work with the body as well as the mind.團隊組成
