Dr. Wilson is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University. He holds an MD/MBA from Columbia and a BA from Amherst. He is a board certified internal medicine physician.

Judy has over a decade of experience providing nutritional counseling. She is passionate about helping people make sense of the ever changing food landscape, find healthy habits that work for their lifestyle, and make sustainable changes that support their health. Judy firmly believes that a healthy diet should not be boring and restrictive, but rather should enhance one's life and health by providing nourishing, flavorful and satisfying foods. She holds an MPH from NYU and BS/BA from Brandeis.

Heather is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She is passionate about promoting wellness in all senses of the word and helping others find sustainable ways to live a healthful lifestyle that aligns with their physiological needs, personal values, preferences, and social environment. She holds a BS in Nutritional Sciences and Education from Cornell University and completed her dietetics training at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Beatriz Rojas is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s in Science of Nursing from Columbia University and has advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Beatriz has extensive experience in primary care, college health, urgent care, functional medicine and integrative healthcare settings. She is passionate about supporting her patients on their journeys to health optimization and disease prevention with an emphasis on nutrition and lifestyle.
