Our discovery calls are available to non existing patients here at Glenville Nutrition Clinic, to have a brief chat with one of our experienced nutritionists. During this call they will be able to advise on the best way Glenville Nutrition Clinic can assist in your journey to improved health.

Call Backs are made between consultation appointments, so calls will be made within a one hour window from time you have booked. We cannot give a more precise time during this hour.

A nutritional consultation at Glenville Nutrition Clinic involves building a detailed picture of your lifestyle, eating habits, medical history; as well as any concerns you have about your health and well-being. With this information, your fully qualified nutritionist will work with you to form an eating plan that suits your needs, your lifestyle and daily commitments.

Your nutritionist will work with you to identify and avoid unnecessary or harmful foods and guide you to enjoy an abundance of wonderful foods that makes you feel good in both body and mind. You will also receive advice and recommendations on which vitamin and mineral supplements are best for you and provide you with complete nutrition.
In order to look at your health from a holistic perspective, we believe in looking at you as a person and taking into account all the imbalances that may be happening within your body. We do not just address your symptoms; we are looking for the underlying causes of your health problems and want you to feel well in every aspect of your life.
During your consultation, your nutritionist may also recommend certain laboratory tests that are appropriate for you and help us to work together to find solutions that are right for you. You will come away with a tailor-made plan of action knowing exactly what you need to do next on your journey to good health.
Once you have booked your consultation a comprehensive nutritional questionnaire will be sent to you for completion which we ask to be returned at least two days prior to your appointment. This will be reviewed by your nutritionist before your appointment to make the most of the consultation time and will go through this with you in more detail during your consultation.
By the end of your sixty minute initial nutrition consultation, you will be confident in taking the first steps for improving your health including; - clear knowledge of potential underlying causes for your concerns -suggested supplement programme for three months - recommended testing (if applicable) - key foods to include and avoid
The consultation you are booking is in person and is held at either our London Clinic in Belgravia or our Tunbride Wells clinic.

The consultation you are booking is carried out via zoom or by telephone. For zoom consultations, a zoom link will be emailed to you twenty four hours prior to your appointment. Telephone consultations will be made with a call to your preferred telephone number.
