Coaching Session

This was my first one-on-one coaching session at Innova and it was very valuable. Chris Shotwell was the coach and he immediately improved my mechanics and technique. Later that day I had an opportunity to put some of that new knowledge to work and it made a substantial difference on the course. I'll be booking more coaching sessions in the future. The only constructive feedback I have is to give your students notes on what was discussed and/or a video of key points during the coaching session. There's a lot of information and I don't want to forget any of it! Also, a shout out to Chris Brophy who offered some excellent tips at the end of the coaching session. Great session! Thank you!

An Excellent Experience

I had a lesson with Chris and I can't exaggerate how worthwhile it was! He is full of knowledge and really knows biomechanics. It was a lot of fun throwing into a radar gun and having my form analyzed. I'm from Indiana but you can bet I'll be back any chance I can get!
