Beach Mobility for All has durable manual and power beach wheelchairs with postural support to allow children and adults, with all levels of paralysis, full access to Avila Beach and Morro Rock Beach in San Luis Obsipo County. Each beach has two manual wheelchairs and one power wheelchair, utilizing a joystick, available for reservations. Use of the wheelchairs is free of charge.
