Johnie does an excellent job training my 14 year old son Jace. Jace has been receiving personal training from Johnie for the past year. We have seen excellent results in his strength and agility. Johnie displays great energy and concern for his athletes and strives to get the most out of them during each workout. Johnie is very knowledgeable and designs his workouts toward each athletes needs. I have referred numerous young athletes to Johnie and Jace looks forward to his workouts.
