Hello my name is Paris Cutter, I am a Scottsdale, AZ based makeup artist (available for travel). Born in Southern California, I moved to Arizona to attend ASU in 2012 (go Sun Devils!), where I earned a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and spent years working in marketing and sales. Recently I swapped that career to pursue my lifelong love of makeup.
