I’m Gabriella, founder of ME TIME THERAPY, a Medical & Sports Massage Therapist based in Paphos, Cyprus.I completed a 2-year accredited massage therapy course and continued my education in Sport Science, Physical Education and Therapeutic Training at the University of Physical Education and Sport Sciences in Budapest. My background has given me a strong understanding of anatomy, movement, injury prevention, rehabilitation and exercise therapy.I also have 15 years of competitive boxing experience and have been a dedicated runner for the past 3 years, including several half marathons and a full marathon. These experiences have given me first-hand insight into training, recovery, sports injuries and the demands placed on the body.My work combines massage therapy, exercise therapy and movement analysis, with a particular interest in running-related injuries, rehabilitation and performance. I also provide Running Gait Analysis to assess movement patterns and identify areas that may contribute to pain, inefficiency or injury. My goal is simple: to help you feel better, move better and stay active.Whether you are an athlete, a runner, or simply dealing with the physical demands of everyday life, your body deserves a little ME TIME.
