Fabulous Business

I can’t thank Catherine enough for making the process of Wedding and engagement rings having to be cut off my finger after being there for 54 years. Catherine and her team suggested a bit of a remodel and they would be back to nearly their original state. Can’t wait to see them in all their glory

Best in the business

Could not have asked for a better experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and approachable - never felt like there was a silly question (and I'm sure there were... picking rings is certainly not my area of expertise!). Special mention to Amanda for being there from the start to finish of the process for me - she was excellent. My fiancé and I would give this jewellery shop 6 stars if we could!

Friendly, patient and expert service

I was new to the world of jewellery but Catherine was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and generous with her time in working with me to find a design that fit my budget. Would definitely return!

For my birthday I was gifted the opportunity to design a custom piece of jewellery. As soon as I entered the shop I was amazed by how beautiful it was. I was greeted by Grace (same name as me), who happily introduced herself and explained how the process would go. I was originally nervous as I was not sure they would understand my vision. I showed Grace my pinterest board of pieces that I really loved and we set about the shop finding pieces with similar taste as what I loved. Several try ons later she created a beautiful sketch of a ring that I absolutely loved. Grace was so kind and helpful, by the end I felt like she had become my jewellery advocate, she knew my style and taste so well. I cannot wait for my custom piece to be created. Wonderful experience. Thank You Grace, Catherine and the My Jewellery Shop team.

Excellent Service

Thank you to the helpful and friendly team at My Jewellery Shop, Catherine is very professional and offered some great advice for my Daughters 21st Birthday gift. And I am looking forward to having some of my old jewellery remodelled in the near future
