Whether you are a cricket club or a school, NET is the prefect venue to hire for winter nets or pre season training. The cricket net area (bowling machine and auto feeder included) is available to hire just by itself or with the gym included. We are also able to provide a coach as an optional extra.

This service is for groups sizes between 5-8 people.

This options differs from the traditional 1-1 cricket coaching as this session is split into 45 minutes cricket coaching and 45 minutes cricket specific fitness. 

This 90 minute session include:

- Use of our bowling machine 
- Video analysis
- Technical analysis across batting, bowling and fielding
- Match based practices
- Tactical awareness
- Strength & Conditioning training in our onsite gym and functional fitness area

- Nutritional advice relating to sports performance 

- A tailored fitness program designed around your goals be that general fitness or cricket related

This programme is designed for u11-u13 players who want to take their game to the next level. The 10 week course will run on Tuesdays 6-7:30pm and Sundays 10am-11:30am.

Sundays: From 21/4 to 30/06 with a week off on the 26/05 for half term

Tuesdays: From 23/4 to 02/07 with a week off on the 28/05 for half term

Throughout this course we will reinforce the fundamentals across all aspects of the game as well as introducing the players to some more advanced training techniques. This programme also includes elements of cricket specific Strength and Conditioning in our fitness studio and fielding area.

Each day will involve fun and dynamic warm up games, cricket specific drills and practices to master the basics of the game, an introduction to cricket specific strength and conditioning, the use of our various cricket technologies and match based practices and scenarios.

Please bring and cricket equipment you have, we do provide spares if required as well as water and a snack (please avoid nuts). 

Our cricket camp runs from 1pm-4pm on the weeks commencing 01/04/24 & 08/04/24 and is intended for ages 11-14 (exceptions may apply on and individual basis, please email to enquire about admissions for players outside of these age groups).

Each day will involve fun and dynamic warm up games, cricket specific drills and practices to master the basics of the game, an introduction to cricket specific strength and conditioning, the use of our various cricket technologies and match based practices and scenarios.
