First time consulting a psychiatrist

Very empathetic and explains very clearly on the necessary steps needed to help me out with my mental health. Would highly recommend to people who also suffers mental health problems.

Such a breather

My second session with Doc Ainah was such a breather. I am very glad i am taking this path slowly to help cope up with Life challenges and events. I am also thankful that Niche was a safe space, and that systems is superb. Its easy to book, reach out and ask request for receipts as needed. I look forward to my next session with Doc Ainah.

Empathic and Good-listener

I would recommend Niche Psychological Services to my friends and family, Ms Ainah Albania which is my Psychologist is really good at listening, empathizing with my perspective, and maintaining an open mind and it was a smooth transaction from booking an appointment to sending Medical Certificate.

Service is slow. Not recommended.

It’s been a week and I still haven’t received a quote for psychological assessment. This was a paid consultation just to get a quote, other clinics will quote you for free and they’re quicker. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.

Great Online therapy experience

I’ve been using Niche a while now and I’m really satisfied with the service. The platform is easy to use, and scheduling sessions is straightforward. Doc Diane is professional and supportive. They listen carefully and provide helpful advice, making me feel comfortable and understood. The convenience of online therapy has been a huge plus, allowing me to attend sessions from home without any hassle.
