Nyame Counseling & Wellness. Located in Narberth PA. I use a person centered approach to work primarily with school aged children and young adults on issues related to (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and adjustment. My hope is that I can help you look at life through a lens that allows you to make the best decisions for yourself. One way that I may be able to help improve your mental health and emotional well-being is helping you in your ability to think critically about yourself and your interactions with the world around you. Everyone struggles, but not everyone is willing to admit that they need support. You can rest assured that taking your life into your own hands by seeking help is a profoundly important decision. We will get through this together.

If you have been living with depression, anxiety, or trauma, I can help! My goal is to support and empower women to become healthier, happier versions of themselves. I approach coaching and therapy from a Person-Centered approach, which means that we will work together to explore your personal beliefs and values. We will strengthen your sense of self to enable you to make conscious choices and conscious changes in your life. As a culturally competent therapist I will acknowledge your culture, values, and beliefs.
