    Training with Shemmy

    Shemmy as been helping me with 1:1 sessions to build up the muscles surrounding my painful arthritic knees. This will also help with my recovery after my knee replacements, right one next month and the left to be confirmed. Shemmy has been great at building up gradually and also being careful of the knees. I am now on phase 2 and enjoying the sessions very much.

    Quality Training

    Even I didn’t had long session with Przemek I can see from my point of view that this lesson opens new horizons of training.Im very happy with lesson.highly recommend to everyone and definitely I will be back .

    Training with Vicky

    Both our girls, ages 14 and 10, have been doing 1-2-1 sessions with Vicky for over a year, and absolutely love it. Vicky has an incredible way of gauging exactly how to coach them, what to focus on, how to make them feel comfortable and confident and safe. We look forward to seeing them continue with Vicky and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for martial arts, fitness and or conditioning training for all ages ????

    Przemek Stachura alias Shemmy

    I began weight-training with Shemmy as my personal trainer about four years ago. I suffered from lower back pain and a knee issue owing to years of football and distance-running. Shemmy's programme not only addressed both these problems (I no longer have pain) but also increased my upper body strength immensely. Over the years he has trained me through various phases in such a way that my general confidence, flexibility and mobility have also improved. I was made aware of their importance( I had previously overlooked and underestimated them when training alone) It is always a joy and challenge to work with him. Sessions are always diverse and pitched at the perfect work level. Furthermore, Shemmy is knowledgeable about all aspects of maintaining fitness such as diet, rest and mentality. As a client now in my mid sixties I feel rejuvenated and fitter than ever. I would strongly recommend Shemmy's motivational training.

    Strength training with Vicky

    I started training with Vicky as a complete beginner. I wanted to try weight lifting but I had no idea where to start. We spent the first few weeks focussing on technique, before progressing onto heavier weights. I've made a lot of progress in just two 45 min sessions a week - the benefit of having someone who knows what they are doing plan your workouts! I've loved Vicky's approach to fitness and training with her has massively improved my relationship with exercise. It's been great to focus on getting strong, rather than just having aesthetic goals. Vicky has been so supportive and motivating, I'd highly recommend training with her.
