If You are selling or buying a house there is a good chance that a surveyor will advise you to get an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on the property. This may be at the point when you are reaching completion and will add extra stress to an already stressful process. SafeSpark offers an easy to use Inspection & testing service with an electronic report issued on completion.Landlords - It is recommended that an EICR is done on a rental property every 5 years or change of tenant. This is due to possible alteration to the installation by tenants. Therefore is highly recommended in BS7671 for electrical safety.During the test, observation codes can be issued on any parts of the installation not up to BS 7671 regulation.
