Sage & Sol are amazing!
I had the most beautiful session with Lauren, she's amazing at what she does and is so knowledgeable on Pilates. Her classes are taught with a holistic approach and are a beautiful blend of mindfulness, meditation, strength and moving the body to make you feel good. I'd highly recommend Sage & Sol Studio! ❤️

The Yin Yoga is just amazing after a long day at work. Emily has all the equipment ready and waiting for your session. Really enjoy the workout without harsh excercise required
