Safe Space
My mental health and my ability to cope with life in general, was a disaster of note!!! I came into therapy with an onslaught of issues and, at my worst, could be a VERY difficult 'customer'. What followed was an overwhelming resurfacing of traumatic memories from different stages of my life. Stian guided and helped me, even through my times of resistance and stubbornness! My sessions with him felt safe and he really gave me the opportunity to open up. I have no idea where I would be without this therapy. He most probably saved my life. I genuinely do not have the words to describe what he has done for me in the past couple of years. He is professional, compassionate, patient and above all, GENIUNE! Thank you Stian.
