I’m Tinto’s counsellor and neuroscientist. If you have any concerns about your mental health or really anything you’d like to talk through, please send me a message.
NOTE: I’m away July 12-Aug 8 and will be delayed in responding to messages.
I am also a mum of two, so know what it’s like to be thrown into the chaos of newborn life and life with two under two! I've always been conscious of how important it is to have support while parenting, so please get in touch if you need some!
