If you are ready to view your next possible home, schedule a pre-screening so we can pre-qualify you. You may rent to own if you aren't ready for a mortgage for 1,2 or 3 years. After you make your payment you will receive a call from customer service within 30 minutes to finalize your viewing. This fee covers all applicants. You will also need to send in you ID, SS and most recent pay stub to support@tmhousing.info . You are allowed to apply for up to 10 properties for no additional application fee after enrollment is completed. (this fee is non-refundable)

CHAP was created to help make home buying around the country come true for families who may have challenged credit or very little money saved towards buying a home. The $100 deposit is applied towards the total cost of the program enrollment fee. For individuals the cost is $500 and for couples it's $750. We save you $7K-$12K out of pocket. This program has amazing value. Ask an agent for more details. **NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSIT** Client must actually pay off the balance and not be approved to qualify for the money back guarantee policy. You CAN NOT pay the $100 and decide not to go forward then request a refund. By paying your deposit you agree and understand these terms and conditions.
