Horrible
Horrible space, staff, experience. Very very noisy, sex screams everywhere. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Highly recommend!!!! <3
The interior design of the room was nice! It’s neat, tidy and modern! The bed was comfy and I like the tv! It’s nice for us to watch movies via the smart tv! And I’d love to visit here again if I look for a hotel in Hong Kong again! The location was so convenient! Right next the the mtr station. The staffs are nice too! Brilliant !

My first stay....many more to come
My first stay at upotel and it was beyond my expectation- really cool interior design with super cozy bed. the air conditioner was a bit weak....worth to mention the complimentary beer was amazing!
