Wellbeing with Micheala offers 1:1 wellbeing support sessions for individuals, providing a safe and confidential space to talk and explore strategies for managing stress, anxiety, low mood, and everyday challenges. Led by a final-year mental health nursing student, sessions focus on active listening, practical coping techniques such as grounding exercises, mindfulness, and goal-setting, and fostering emotional resilience and self-awareness.Sessions can be in person, via Teams, or phone, and range from 25 minutes to 1 hour. Please note that this service is not formal therapy or clinical treatment; any issues requiring professional intervention will be signposted to appropriate support services.At Wellbeing with Micheala, my goal is simple: to help you feel heard, supported, and better equipped to manage life’s challenges.I also have strong knowledge of ADHD and would love to make a difference in someone else’s life as best I can.團隊組成
