A hot stone massage gives you a wonderful inner peace. Your body makes contact with the cosmic energy, because the energy pathways of the chakras (7 chakra points) are stimulated during the massage. A blessing for muscles and joints. 

The massage provides hormone balance, stress reduction, flow of life energy, space in the body, detoxification, higher level of consciousness, better circulation and pain relief.

Hotstone massages were discovered centuries ago by Tibetan monks. They discovered that these stones had healing energy in living organisms (humans). The stones could radiate energies and intertwine with energies of other organisms. Ultimately, everything is interconnected in the cosmos and there is a balance between everything living.

The massage is done through warm (about 60 degrees) marble lava stones. These hard volcanic rocks from the Tibetan mountains are of high quality minerals and have high energy levels (vortexes). Hence the cleansing and energetic effect on body and mind. Various movements are made with the stones over some nerve pathways and muscles. The massage has a deep effect and the body produces various substances, such as: dopamine (gives energy), oxytocin and serotonin (stimulates cell-generation and helps against aging) etc.

I’m a strong believer in “girl power”. But I’m not naive. It takes effort and work to make this connection with yourself and to harvest your own spiritual power. I can coach you to find it.

At the end your strength will come from within yourself and it is your own spirit that will nourish you self image.

“Believing in in yourself” will only get you halfway. “belief” is not enough, belief is sometimes weak and it can faint.

Through spiritual exercises, I will convert your “belief in yourself”, into “knowing yourself”.

Reiki means universal (Rei) life energy (Ki) and a natural way of healing in which life energy is passed on, which was rediscovered in Japan by Japanese doctor Mikao Usui.

Reiki is a natural way of healing in which life energy is passed on usually during a table treatment where a laying on of hands is used.

Reiki allows energy to flow through your body, dissolves energetic blockages and activates the body's healing capacity.

During a Reiki treatment, I first discuss with you what your complaints are so that I can ensure that the energy can flow through in the right places.

I do this by laying on of hands or light Reiki massage.

I have followed several Reiki courses in Europe and Asia.
